Training Approach Revamp
This new approach was presented to C-Suite representatives and approved for slow roll out and adoption across a Global organization supporting offices in 19 countries with approximately 3500 employees.
Problem:
Delivering content and courses based on proficiency levels was taking too long.
Content existed, but it wasn't consumable or easily accessible.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) were giving us information through all proficiency levels for each topic.
Documenting processes were taking up more time than expected.
Solution:
Work as consultants to bring together Operations and Client Facing teams to curate content.
Work on Global courses surrounding business offerings.
Gather process documentation from Operations to work with Client Facing SMEs to create customized processes, with regional differences if needed.
Consult on content creation to apply Learning Theories and step in as needed to enhance Learning solutions.
Work on each topic through all Proficiency Levels.
SharePoint Templates
As a Global company that adopted SharePoint and worked on breaking down silos, I created templates distributed across all departments for Learning & Resources pages.
Problem:
Unsure of where to find resources with new technology.
Content was migrated but not organized.
Learners/users were discouraged after too many clicks to access the necessary materials.
Client Facing departments were struggling to utilize their SharePoint pages and the current design wasn't meeting their needs.
Solution:
Create a Global Learning & Resources page for pertinent all company information that also serves as a hub or link to access all other department's Learning Pages.
Deploy a template to all departments to help organize learning content.
Work with Client Facing teams to revamp their SharePoint page to better fit their needs.
